JAKE DECKERMember At LargeJake Decker (he/him) is a second-year, Memorial University of Newfoundland (MUN) student. Jake is a Fogo island native, being the only out kid in school he saw a need for better education and representation of queer culture in the school and how isolating it can feel being the only “out” one. Jake believe it’s important to create spaces where queerness can exist in all its forms and nuances and making sure that queer history and culture isn’t lost.
